I live near the High School area of South Windsor and the last few months the service has deteriorated. Both my wife and my phone have been dropping calls constantly and some of our text messages are not being sent. I read in Fox news that service was upgraded recently near Buckland Mall but it seems whatever was done in that area is causing problems for our reception. Has anyone else in South Windsor been experiencing this problem recently? We are getting very annoyed with the service at this point.

I have a LG G2 and my wife has an Iphone 5S. We have both had calls being dropped inside and outside. We have not experienced this issue with the service in the past and I as mention it now is a common occurrence in the last few months and is getting progressively worse. My wife also has experienced text not being sent.
I appreciate the additional details provided bam321. Let's get to the bottom of your network concerns. Do you know of other VZW customers in the area who are experiencing the same issue? I was able to look at the area and did not show any reported issues in the area. Can you try http://vz.to/1toT0sz and have your wife try, http://vz.to/1zErL4w then test service. Keep us updated.
