I like everything about Smart Family except for the restrictions on trusted contacts. We should either be allowed to add more (parents decide) or able to deactivate that feature all together. I think it's ridiculous for the other lines on the same account have to be included in the 20 as it is. We have 2 parent account and 2 Just Kids. Adding those 3 numbers (2 parents and the additional sibling) to each child account really only gives room for 17 more numbers.
I know this has been asked in the past and the only answer received is "it'll be escalated" with no other solution given so now that we are in June 2022 and the Just Kids plan is gone I ask again:
Have the features to Smart Family been revamped to be more adaptable to each individual family?
