Got a blank text from my own number, nothing on my phone has changed recently and I want to know is it something to worry about? I have looked it up and it seems pretty common but I don't know if there's a way to report it or possibly prevent it. I get spam calls like everyone else, occasionally texts as well. But it just was weird that it was from my number and was blank, almost like a test.
