Another thread here says that even a subpoena will only get you 3-5 days back. Is that also true? What about the phone numbers the texts were sent to and from? How far back will that go with a subpoena?

In a court case a subpoena can be made to include any and all records from any period you want. However some records may need to be researched and you may want copies in this case heavy money is involved and you will have to pay for it out of pocket. But can add the cost to your filing for reimbursement.

Hello Donna119,
I want to help you get those text records. We only able to provide an average of the last 3-5 days of content, but never more than ten days (240 hours) from the date and time the message is delivered.
Also, we can only provide the terminating content.
Tamara H.
