I am having difficulty receiving texts from certain individuals on my PC. I am unable to have my phone at work, and have relied for years on texting from my computer using the messaging link on the Verizon website https://web.vma.vzw.com/vma/web2/Message.do?s
Recently, I began experiencing problems receiving texts from select individuals even though they are able to receive mine. When I am finally able to retrieve my phone outside of work, their messages are there but do not show up through the web interface. I have attempted several adjustments on my phone but they appear to have no affect on the PC. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be very appreciative.
