There are picture messages showing on my account even though none were sent between two Verizon users. I have unlimited but this isn't about an overcharge. It's about false reporting. Can a Verizon rep respond?

i Would like to understand why messages sent that were not picture messages are showing on my bill as three times as many messages and showing as pictures even though they were texts. This was between two contracted Verizon users. It is causing personal issues for me and I'd like a Verizon rep to respond.
