Recently we switched from the old usage controls to the FamilyBase. My daughter has an iPhone 4 and I keep seeing that she is still texting after her supposedly restricted usage time. This was never an issue with the old usage controls. I am familiar with the setup process and have double checked the controls to ensure that I put them in the proper time zone and yet texts after her restriction starts are still happening. Any answers?

Could she be sending/receiving iMessages over wi-fi?

Unlikely, The wi-fi is set to turn off at 9pm for their phones (Through my router access settings). Also, the text messages are showing up in my text info for billing and usage purposes, it seems like if there were a separate messaging app, then that would be a Data use. The FamilyBase e-mails that I get say that she is sending messages from 8:30pm until around 9:30pm. According to the usage control's I set up through FamilyBase, her phone is supposed to be restricted after 8:30.
