Unable to connect your device

This message is being sent to me every 15 mins since last night how do i stop it, i cant figure out in settings where to fix this the only message area is greyed out."We were unable to connect your device to synchronize with Verizon Integrated Messaging service. You can attempt to reconnect your device to Verizon Integrated Messaging through the Settings menu of the application."  Please help its really a pain.
