just finished chatting with support - I had a question about why my changes to usage limits are not taking effect immediately. Was told that a restart will be required when you make a change. I don't remember it been like that even a few weeks ago. Let me give you a hypothetical question;- I'm on vacation and see my wifi router (Verizon) is downloading something big - I change my limits to stop this from happening, however the router will need a restart for changes to take effect? You can apply this to different scenarios. Why was it changed? I remember changing limits on the fly and I thought it was a very nice feature to control usage, especially for my kids - now it's a pain to work with. Maybe Verizon support can explain why they "broke" a very nice feature.
