I can NO LONGER REPLY to five number text messages.. It dosen't matter if it's a text from my doctor's office requesting an appt conformation, or if it's a marketing text (I can only stop by replying with the word 'STOP") All replies to these, "FAIL".
WHAT HAPPENED?
Untill two months ago, always worked & never a problem! Then, one day (approx two mos ago) it quit letting me reply. It dosen't make any sense.
I followed the fix by one of the moderators to go settings, apps, delete data, storage, etc.
Didn't Work!
Any clue?

What make/model phone are you using? Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the app?

Thank you for responding. Yes I did uninstall & reinstall. I just don't understand what happened. I can still reply to text with a full number, it's just the five number texts.
Makes me think it's a setting but I can't find it.

Hmm. That's definitely pretty strange. I've never heard of this, but I'm happy to help you look into other options for trying to resolve this. Please, respond in Private Note to get started.

Thank you Haley, I've call Verizon tech support and they don't know either.
Don't know what to do to fix this. It's got to be a setting, something is blocking me from texting 5 number messages

Finding out how to Private Message on this forum is not that difficult. Select/click on the profile name of the poster asking for a PM which is a link. Individual agents are unable to receive direct PM's and you have to use the generic vzw_customer_support profile send the message to. Whether the agent asking for the PM is online when you respond and sees your response is hit or miss at best.
