Verizon Messages and Message+ problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy A11 phone. I use message + for all my texts.

I also go to the Verizon Messages website for texting when I'm away from my phone.

Two issues.

1. Sometimes a received test shows up in Verizon messages but not in Message +

2. All texts sent from Verizon Messages do not show up in Message +

What could be the problem?

Do you ever have issues with calls or with sending texts from your phone? Do these messages that don't show up tend to involve specific people or does it seem more random? -Andrew

Message + is totally random and rarely happens.

Sending texts from my phone is fine.

Calling and receiving calls is fine.

Verizon Messages online if I send a text to someone I can look on my phone in message + and the text isn't there.

For instance I can text someone I already have a conversation with from my phone and it shows on my phone but if I text the same conversation from Verizon Messages I don't see it in Message +

Thank you for this information. If you force stop Messages+ on your device and re-open it, does it show all the messages?

Tried that and it didn't help.

I do sometimes see where Message + says something about syncing in the background, but apparently it only syncs from the phone to online and not the other way around.

So to ensure we are on the same page, you are stating that all of your message do not show up in Verizon Message on your phone or on the computer?

I'm stating that

1. Most messages from others show up on my phone

2. Every now and then a message shows up online and not on my phone

3. Messages I send online to others do not show on my phone

This is how it has always been for me. I have never been able to see the texts I make online on my phone.

So it's basically a known issue and not just anything on my end.

Correct. Don't forget, if the verizon rep tells you something in a DM, you are not allowed to cut and paste it to help any of us. Very important for the security of support apparently. (Sarcasm)
