Verizon Messages not showing sent text

When I send a text from my Samsung phone it does not show up on Verizon Messages in a browser. It did up until recently

Are you using the Verizon Message+ app on your phone?  There have been ongoing syncing issues with the Message+ service and desktop app/browser access.  We've been waiting for the Verizon Messaging Team to resolve/address/respond to this for months.

  • For over 3 days (I monitor my mentally challenged son) web.vma.vzw will show all incoming text messages. However when a message is sent from the moto phone it only shows on the phone- nothing on the online messaging service. 
  • I have cleared everything on the message plus app, the Uninstalled and reinstalled it, turned it off, etc. Having online messaging issues through here has been a problem many times over, so I know most of the basics to try and troubleshoot myself prior to contacting anyone. At 1 time an agent (day before yesterday) cleared it on her end and it worked for a few minutes, then back to this. Unfortunately, it's not a simple annoyance- I actually need this to monitor my son for safety reasons. Chronologically he's considered an "adult" however he is mentally about 11 -14 years old, given the day and the situation. He doesn't comprehend that being online isn't safe and that you cannot trust many people. So I have family link installed, play store parental controls and use message plus specifically to protect him. Usually when this messes up it's fixed within a day at most. This issue began 8/25/2023 & no one seems to be willing or able to help. Also, I don't know if this is related - however there was an update at 2:06 am on the 25th. The messaging online  I will attach a picture of the update info. However, the online messaging worked fine until about 6pm that day. Please help asap. 20230828_144945.jpg

mach111 Can you tell us if you recently updated the software on your phone or is there an update available on either the phone or the Verizon Messaging apps?

Can't remember if my Samsung did an update.

I only use Verizon messaged on Google Chrome browser, never the app

Like I said before only texts I send from my samsung to just 1 number are not showing up on verizon messages when I log into the web browser. Now I also noticed they are not showing up in my Verizon Text Log.  I understand iphone to iphone doesn't show up.  But this is coming from my samsung s10.
