Verizon Messages web app not working?

Is there an on-going issue with the Verizon Messages web app? Both yesterday and today I can login, but the app doesn't load in my browser (IE, Chrome, nor Firefox).

try downloading desktop app instead http://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/apps/verizon-messages/

Yeah, I'm having problems with it, too. I can log in but all my text messages are showing up with just the phone number, not the contact name. Also, when I try to create a new message, I can't do so by using a contact name. It appears that there is an issue between vtext and the cloud contacts.
