This has happened for the last 2 months. I have spent hours in the phone with Verizon and at the actual location. I have uninstalled-reinstalled- reset phones… I’m giving it another week to finish it this month booking cycle If it isn’t working by then I’m keeping my $10 a month and looking for another app
