Tried to put my boyfriends line on my account, and vice-versa just so we could pay both at once but it won't work either way we try. The my Verizon app has been a joke from day one.
Deadpixel, are you referring to transferring or porting over your boyfriend's number or is this an issue with Verizon Smart Family?
Paying both phones and Verizon Smart Family doesn't make any sense to us here.
