Verizon "Play More" Plan Issue: Disney+ Bundle Requiring Card Information

So I went to Account>Apps & Addons>Apps & Addons Overview in order to enable my Disney+ bundle subscription that comes with the Verizon Play More plan.
I followed the instructions, clicked the Go to Disney button and used the correct email address to setup the account.
The Disney website then required me to put in my card info in order to pay for the subscription. I'm confused by this, considering the fact that my Verizon Addons Page shows that the bundle is active. Here is a link to an image showing that the subscription is active in my Verizon account: Disney+ Subscription Issue
Please let me know what needs to be done to rectify this issue, unfortunately everything was done correctly on my end so there must be some form of communication issue between Verizon and the streaming platforms.

Hey, I am having the same issue as well. I entered in my email and didn't get the proceeding pages as it mentioned in the "enroll" steps. I went to go create a Disney+ account and it wants me to select a plan/input card information.

@vzw_customer_support , could you send me a private message as well. I am having a similar issue to rigmanz11 with Disney + asking for my credit card. In addition, my Hulu account shows that they are still billing me through Amazon.

Hello, AKLINN. Thank you for making us aware of these issues. Having access to your Disney bundle is a must. Help is here. When we see this type of issue, this means there was a previous username and password used for the bundle. You must use the same username and password to avoid the streaming service asking for a card for payment. If you do not remember the login credentials, please contact Disney directly at 888-905-7888 or via their support site: https://help.disneyplus.com/contact-us

@vzw_customer_support , could you also contact me with a private message. I'm having a similar issue to rigmanz11 where Disney + is asking me to select a plan and provide credit card. In addition, my old Hulu account is still indicating that I am being billed through Amazon.
I used the same email address for all as per instructions but doesn't seem to be working.

@vzw_customer_support I have had the same login information for our Disney bundle for as long as we have had it. Now, YEARS later, Disney+ is asking me to select a package and to enter in a credit card while Hulu shows that my account is still active and billed under Verizon. This is incredibly frustrating as I am clearly using the correct login information. Does this have to do with Disney+ now wanting to include ads? Are the negating the Verizon bundle now?

Hello, kelfau. Help is here. As long as you have the bundle on the account, there is no reason you shouldn't have the ability to access it. Let's take a deeper look into this. I have sent you a Private Message.

@vzw_customer_support I tried responding to your private message, but the site said that I had reached my maximum private message limit, even though I have never sent one.
Just a heads up that you may start seeing a lot more complaints like this. I just got done chatting with the Disney+ customer service about the bundle issue. They asked for all of the e-mails that I may have used to activate my account because the e-mail login that I have had for YEARS was now showing as inactive on their end, even though I could log into Hulu with it just fine. This is what he told me:
"Thank you for letting me know that, Kelsey. After carefully checking our resources, this is already a known issue. Meaning, most of our customers are experiencing this. With that said, we're going to report this one as it is forwarded to our team for further monitoring and review. However, what I can also advise is to cancel your account on Verizon and reinstate it using a different e-mail."
So, I canceled my subscription and tried reactivating it, but it didn't get me the ability to change my e-mail. I am still able to use my old login to get into Hulu, so I don't know what to do. Now I'm freaked out that I messed something up and will lose my bundle discount that I have had for years due to Disney not understanding what their problem is. I have now wasted over an hour trying to get this resolved and am very frustrated.
