I know he's sending texts at night. I've been beside him while he sends and receives messages but when I look at his activity it seems to stop reporting them at 6:30pm and doesn't start up again until like 7am. I'm sure I'm overlooking a setting.
Any help is appreciated.
Bdl2341 , let us help you stay on track of your son's usage. Familybase is a great way to monitor our kids and we understand that not seeing his usage is a bit alarming. Please keep in mind that all iPhone devices do use iMessaging and we are not able to count or control this usage on Familybase. This also happens if he is using a downloaded app, which will use data if not connected to Wi-Fi. This also applies to Wi-Fi usage, we are not able to monitor Wi-Fi via Familybase.
