Blocking unwanted calls is one of the reasons I use Family Base on my own account, ROBBRO83. We'll definitely help find out why the blocked calls still are allowed through. There are rare cases where it could happen, so I'm including this link to the Family Base FAQ page: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-familybase-faqs/?cmp=COMM_RELCON
Please let us know if any of these situations apply. Has this blocked number always been allowed to call through? Have you tested other numbers to ensure the blocking features are set correctly?

If the blocked number is still showing is it set in Family Base as just the 10-digit number?
