I am getting messages from the 5-digit numbers and when I go to reply to them I get a retry with a red triangle and I retry and it does not work it never works. Some of these are important like confirming my doctor's appointments and other things along those lines that are using this method now? Is there a fix for this can anyone tell me how I am able to reply to these messages
Remove the premium messaging block feature from your line in question in the block services section of your MyVerizon account
This did not resolve the issue. Haven't found anything that has yet.
