Help! Sometimes when I am trying to answer the phone, I hit something that activates 'quick text', and the phone call goes straight to voice mail instead of answering - or even instead of letting me see the number of who's calling... so I don't even have a choice about whether to answer the phone or not. No matter what button I press, I can't even see who's calling or answer the phone. What am I hitting that activates this very annoying 'feature'? And how can I cancel the quick text option and go back to the screen that shows me who's calling - so I can choose whether or not to answer? This also happens sometimes when someone calls when I am in the middle of doing something in another function - like using the stop watch, reading an incoming txt, using the calculator, etc. thanks !
