- Some Business and other account types are non-eligible
- NEW accounts not eligible for first 60days

To Set up eGifts - Go to: Main Menu>Settings - select 'Check Gifting Eligibility'. If you think the result is invalid, please contact Customer Care.
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT Mobile DATA eGIFTING | |
WHERE is DATA GIFTING - The MOBILE DATA eGift icon is the 3rd icon in the eGift catalog located on the Attach Menu on your Verizon Messages mobile app. AVAILABILITY -a DATA eGift is available ONLY to or from Verizon Customers. NOT cross carrier available. TRANSFERABLE - a DATA eGift card can be transferred TO a Verizon customer in the SAME billing account. EXPIRATION - There is no expiration on unused eCards. Once the DATA eCARD is redeemed, it expires at the end of the next billing cycle. The redemption process on your mobile will remind you that the data will expire at the end of the next billing cycle. AMOUNT - 1GB for $10 - is the only amount available to eGift DATA at this time ELIGIBILITY - DATA eGifts is eligible to anyone who has eGifting. To Launch eGift, see the note above. NO CREDIT CARDS TAXES - There is a small tax applicable in some States and that tax will be added to the price when gifting DATA. | ![]() |
