How Do I Block SKYPE calls?
Uninstall Skype.

Calls still come In from skype callers
Then that means they are calling your phone from their Skype number. Block it like you would any other number, on the phone, via 3rd party app or by using Verizon's blocking feature. You can't blanket block all calls from a certain service since the numbers are just numbers.
