Our Family Base features have been a great help to many of our customers. We're glad to help answer your questions about adding a parent.
a second parent can also access FamilyBase.
1. You simply need to designate that second parent's line as an Account Manager or Account Owner in My Verizon.
2. As an Account Manager, the second parent role can access all the FamilyBase functionality in My Verizon by signing in.
3. However, at this time, text and email alerts can only be sent to the first parent role, which is usually an Account Owner.
