I just found out a few days ago that the voice messaging was upgraded in May. I called and was told an email was sent (it wasn't I checked) and they sent me a text ( they didn't again I checked) but the sad part is the voice mails from the last 7 years I have saved and I have been told I am unable to retrieve. The most precious was the one from late sister singing Happy Birthday on my 50th. She lost her 10 yr battle with cancer 5 years ago and I will never be able to hear it again. I am absolutely heartbroken and devastated. If you have a valuable message please back it up. If anyone know how to retrieve these messages please let me know.
