I have a group that includes Android phones and I-phones. Verizon and non Verizon customers. No problems until the last update. The text box went from green, before update, to red, after update, on my phones home screen. I have only one person in the group of ten that I cannot see his text messages. Everybody else can see it but me. His phone is updated and we checked all the settings on his (red) text message app against mine and they are the same. Why can I not see his messages?
RINOS4, this is certainly a unique situation and we want to make sure you can read all the messages. I have a few clarifying questions to ask you so we can work on a resolution. What phone do you have? What message app are you using. Was the phone and the app both updated?
