mobile operator

I keep getting the following under the mobile operator = the message you sent to (my phone#) was delivered as I have gooten 12 of these now. want to get rid of it

I have recently been having a similar problem on a Nokia lumina 822.  After sending a text from my phone, I will get a message from Mobile operator (whatever that is) "the message you sent to 2065506907 was delivered". This happens after every text.  Note that the phone number is mine and not the number of who I sent the text to. How do I get rid of this?  It's annoying.

I have the same problem with an HTC and Windows 8.1. I duplicated sending a text message using n HTC Windows 8.1 using the T-Mobile carrier and the phone number returned in the Mobile Operator's message correctly referenced the receiving phone not the sending phone. Based on that I have to assume the bug is in the Verizon code.
