How can I tell if someone is blocking me?

Usually, there is no certain way you can tell if you are being blocked. However, if you call the number in question and it doesn't ring but it goes to a message, then you are being automatically blocked. If it rings a few times then goes to voicemail, the party is manually blocking your call. The only way to tell if text messages are blocked is to set up your SMS settings to request a delivery notification. Hope this helps.
