Oh, no. wcruz, that is definitely not good. Our goal is to make sure your phone is working properly at all times. I know how important it is for you to be able to read and understand the notifications sent by Verizon. Is it only happening with the messages you receive from us? What type of phone do you have?

Mine is doing the same thing. I went into my store to do a name change since I just got married and now receiving texts and alerts in Spanish only. Can't figure out how to change this. I've read the message boards but cannot find a way to do this.
