Hi, Kelsie! Thanks for reaching out! You can view your call and text log on the My Verizon app! This is really simple:

Using My Verizon through your desktop computer:

  1. On the My Usage page, scroll down to Usage details.
  2. Choose View previous usage on the right.
  3. On the Data, talk and text activity page, choose a billing period at the top.

    Note: Here, you can choose View or Save printable bill (PDF) to get a bill statement with usage summaries. Choose from the past 18 months.

For the call log you can download your bill as PDF!
