My business is trying to configure 2-factor through SMS on our fortigate firewall. When we initiate a token request we do not receive a text message. We configured our sms-server to be vtext.com. My boss who is on AT&T service is receiving the requests no problem. Our verizon service devices are not receiving the texts. We tried to configure the sms-server as vzwpix.com and those messages do not go through either. When we configure it to go to our email the requests come in no problem, which makes me think that it isn't something with our mail server, also the requests go through to AT&T devices. Is there any further troubleshooting that can be done for this? When investigating the issue I was seeing you should send SMS to vtext.com and MMS to vzwpix.com. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out. I want to make sure that you get the support you need. To clarify, do you have a Business or Consumer account with us?

My account is consumer, I do not believe my business has a business account with you. Does that matter to get assistance on vtext?

Thank you for the additional details, jfel12. We want to ensure we know all details regarding the issue you are experiencing with vtext. Just to confirm, is your employer sending the messages as a mass message or indiviual to each user? -Danielle

individual, we only send a 2-factor request when the user attempts to login. We do not have anything configured to send out a mass request.
