The 2nd Gen are being sunset at the start of next year so we got 2 3rd Gen Casa extenders. The problem we are having is they do not broadcast the signal with the internal antenna or external antenna more than about 50 feet. We had 0 problems with the 2nd gen and had full coverage through our building.
I have tried to call Verizon support multiple times and all they want to do is try and readd them to our account power cycle then blame our internet.
What can we do to actually get these working properly so we have coverage again?

The manual does state you have to be within 50 feet to connect to the extender, but that may only relate to initial connection. Have you looked at the Advanced Settings->Transmission Power Configuration and tried increasing manually? This power level is for the cell signal generation.

The 4g lte network extender 3 enterprise are "supposed" to have a much larger range.
We have 1 internal wall blocking our open concept floor plan, we are not even close to having Dense coverage with Internal or External antennas. I have pushed the TP to max on both devices, but that does not seem to have made a difference either.
I am not sure if we got duds and need to RMA these devices, but it's pulling teeth to get support involved on to help trouble shoot other than we can add it to your account again.

Thank you so much for this info, CIMADrewski. We can take a closer look via your account. I have sent you a Private Message.

CIMADrewski, I understand being concerned about the range of your Network Extender. I did look up the Network Extender 3, user guide (manual) and can confirm that the range of the extender is about 7500 square feet, which is roughly a 50-ft raidus around the device. You can see that in Section 5.1 Capacity & Network Coverage in the user guide which I have linked here: https://ss7.vzw.com/is/content/VerizonWireless/Catalog%20Assets/Accessories/Verizon/verizon-lte-netw...
The section is page 32 of the PDF. Based on what you shared, you're getting the proper coverage with a Network Extender 3. If there's more questions, feel free to let us know.

Hello John,
That is for the small guy. The ones I am talking about are the Enterprise Gen 3 (SKU SM64-BLC).
I have reached out to customer service several times and no one seems to know anything about the product even though we bought them directly from Verizon.
I would really like for your escalation team to call me back but seeing how it's been 6 days I don't think that is going to happen.
