Can not change 4G LTE Network Extender from closed to open or to hybrid.
system error try again later
can not change the closed list of allowed numbers either. same error.
chatted last weekend with verizon who escalated to a phone call level support and they were going to open a ticket. verizon said I would get a call about the ticket. I never did. still doesn't work.
Chatted today with verizon and they couldn't find any record of chat, call or escalated ticket. Chat person went over all steps and they eventually ended chat or chat disappeared.
This has been an issue for months.
have cold booted, used different computers and browsers. Same error when edit closed to open or to hybrid.
Safety issue without being able to have cell service with some phones. Can't add them or change to open. Now that 5G is in the area it is too slow and unreliable with little to no bars. 4G was better.
Does anyone have a solution to be able to edit and change to open or hybrid or to add numbers without "system error try again later"?

I am having the same exact issue. I was on the phone with tech support for an hour without any resolution.
Has anyone come up with a fix for this yet?

The device is not showing up under my devices on my Verizon account.
How will I be able to make changes to the device if it isn't there?
I have not received any updates on either ticket!

Just checked My Verizon website for my extenders to see whether they show up under Account->My Devices->Device Overview and THEY DO NOT! I only see my phone and iPad devices which have lines associated. They haven't been available for management on the website for a couple weeks. No Verizon agents have acknowledged the issue exists. I have a ticket(s) opened with no response from the team 'working on it'.
