LTE Extender won't connect at home, but works fine with identical internet and modem at neighbor's house

I've used a Verizon Extender for my cell phone for years.  It recently stopped working and they sent a new model.  The new LTE extender gets stuck on the 9A error, indicating an issue with the Wi-Fi networks LAN/Firewall settings.  I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Netgear thinking the problem was my router.  I also spoke to Spectrum and Verizon customer support.  Verizon sent me another extender.  This one also doesn't work.  I plugged the extender into another router, and directly into the modem.  Nothing worked.

I took the extender to my neighbor's house, who has the same internet plan and the same internet equipment through Spectrum.  My LTE Extender worked there, both plugged into the router and directly into the modem.  It also worked there plugged in to my router from my house.

I took the neighbor's extender to my house, and it didn't work with any connection.

All tech's said the problem wasn't theirs.  It seems like it must be our modem or something about our internet signal.  Any ideas?  It isn't a GPS problem, it gets all the way to the SeGW server step and then shows the error.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this platform. If you don't mind me asking, have you checked compatibility of the new Extender with your Home Internet Provider?

Did you ever figure out a fix for your LTE Extender LAN/Firewall issue? I have shut off/changed every setting I can think of on my router and Norton Anti-virus  and still get the 9A error.  I haven't called Verizon nor Spectrum yet but I own my own router and modem so they don't usually help me with any settings on those two.  Any suggestions?

HiYankeesista, I would reach out to your Internet service provider as they can help with your LAN port settings. Hope this helps. If not, please reach out to us so we can troubleshoot,
