Lte extender issue and zero help!

The extender has been stuck on connecting to segw server for a week...absolutely no way to get any help.   Can someone who speaks non IT...help me 😞

Did it ever work?  Which model do you have, the older Samsung or the current Askey?  I have heard that the older Samsung is being retired.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
