Network Extender 5A Error

I just got a new Network Extender (3rd gen I believe).   It is stuck at the Server Error 5A.   I don't see it on my account so I think I need to add it to my account.   Is there a way to add a network extender to my account?

These agents here cannot fix your problem.  You need to get a Verizon Tech Support specialist on the phone to properly get your extender's MAC ID associated with your account in the database.  You can try calling 800-922-0204 and ask to be escalated to tech support or maybe 888-262-1999 and go thru the prompts to get to tech support.

There have been issues recently where even active network extenders do not show up on our My Verizon accounts in Device Overview.  To be active for service associated with your account it needs to be in a database which is not visible to users.
