My Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 was originally registered under a corporate account that was recently closed. The phone numbers associated with that account are closed. I would like to reset the extender to my personal verizon cell phone number. Because the original account is closed, the operation status of the extender is "Not In Service". I cannot access anything on the administrative web site as my password is no longer valid.
We definitely want to take a look at your situation to see what we can do in regard to this network extender, as these devices are associated to specific accounts. Please reply to our private message so we can continue. ~Peter
Thanks. My research has shown me that I can't connect the network extender to my personal verizon cell phone account because I have a pre-paid plan and verizon will only connect to a post-paid account. The ability to use my cell phone at my home is not worth an additional $30/month. I appreciate your offer to help but my only option is to change plans and I'm not ready to do that. Thanks again.
