I called last Wednesday about an outage since Since the 2nd and then and before that an outage since December. I had a reference number the date, time, who I spoke to etc and I was told I’d receive a 2 month credit on my bill and a new network extender sent out to me since mine won’t connect to my phone and stay connected. I called back yesterday bc I got a text saying my bill was past due. The lady wouldn’t credit my bill the 2 months I was promised or sent me out a new extender. She said there’s no notes of it. I told her that her or her supervisor needed to go listen to the recorded call from last Wednesday and she kept telling me no there’s nothing she could do but she’d let a manager know. I have a whole notebook of dates, times, who I spoke to, and all the issues and steps I’ve had to take with Verizon for the past 26 months and I’m ready to call an attorney! How can they not do what I was promised last Wednesday and the calls are recorded so why not go back and listen to the call!?! Why keep sending me your numerous ppl and have to keep explaining everything for no one to do anything! I have all the texts from the outages saying they aren’t fixed and so on in my phone from Verizon and I’m sick of being on the phone for 4-5 hours with you people. I’ve been in bad car accidents and keep having to have surgery and I ant even heal and play my game on my phone at home bc it says no location found or I have to leave my neighborhood to make a phone call! With in the past week I’ve not received calls from my attorney, drs, and family member out of state and they say they have no record of any dropped calls well that’s bc I never even received them and your system is WRONG! Someone needs to figure something out bc I ready to give my notebook for the past 26 months to a attorney with all the dates, times, who I’ve spoke to, steps I’ve taken etc! This is ridiculous!
