Verizon LTE Network Extender (Askey) and the Hybrid Access List

As recently as a few months ago, I was able to edit and maintain the access list associated with the "Hybrid" access type configuration chosen for my Verizon LTE Network Extender. (sFemto3).

Starting a couple months ago, while configuring the device on the Verizon site, I found I could no longer make changes to either the access type nor the members of the current "Hybrid" mode. 

"Your changes cannot be saved due to system error. Please try again later."

I did what it said, and tried it again in a couple weeks, several times.

It doesn't work anymore.

Is this something that can be reset by Verizon such that it can be made to work again?
