Anyone Else Having Issues with NFL+ Premium

I signed up for the NFL+ Premium Annual on 9/13/23. It worked up until last weekend 10/29/23 when it started to get a bit glitchy. Then starting on 11/3/23 it completely went out and I have no access. The nfl.com website says that I don’t have a subscription. I can’t watch any content on the website or app as they immediately take me to a page where I would need to subscribe straight from nfl.com. The bad thing is is that NFL has no phone number for customer service. They say that you’re supposed to be able to contact via email if you pick a topic and it’s not resolved but that has been a no go. Verizon rep connected me to a phone number for NFL Sunday Ticket and YouTube TV. No one can resolve this situation and I’m out of the annual subscription price as I can’t cancel it and I can’t talk to anyone to cancel or at least resolve the situation, which is what I would prefer. Does anyone else experience this issue or have a resolution?

I signed up on Verizon Plus Play on 9/11/23 for the special that was $59.99 for the first year and then $99.99 annually afterwards.

Correct i do not have access. For the last couple weeks now. It worked for the first several weeks of the season.

It actually did. I went the NFL app and then went down to FAQ & Help from the menu. There was a bot chat in the right hand bottom. I typed in Verizon Plus Play in and sent. It asked if I was having problems with access and then I just proceeded from there. It sent them an email. I got a response back from them within an hour and within the next 24hrs it was fixed. They even messed up in the process and I hope that they leave it like this.

I am having the same issue on all devices. Getting frustrated as NFL+ does not have any customer support outside of a chat bot that closes the support ticket automatically.

I'm having the same issues.  Had access for a few weeks and then lost it.  Please help resolve as support through nfl.com is virtually non existent.

As ashamed as I am to admit that I still remain a Bears fan, I still wouldn't want to miss any games. Yep, subscribed to the Netflix & NFL+ bundle through +play. Having no issues with Netflix but NFL+ is no longer allowing me access to premium content (ie Red Zone). It worked the first week but no longer. Each time I try to access Red Zone on any device it wants to force me to purchase a subscription. Verizon referred me to NFL, and NFL is non-responsive with a solution. NFL simply "opened a ticket" but never did anything. FRUSTRATING!

Same here. Been weeks and no help whatsoever. Crazy. Just take our money and don’t even attempt to resolve the issue. I’m canceling now.

It’s crazy that a local business with $500K annual revenue has better customer service via phone, email and app compared to the NFL that has $20B in revenue annually. I can’t they are non-existent as far as customer service and being able to reach anyone. Verizon shows on the Verizon Plus Play in fine print that the subscription is sold by Verizon Wireless. But they really made no attempt to fix it.  They make a $137B a year but they actually have people that you can talk with. Verizon finally gave me a refund and then I just went straight to NFL.com to get the NFL+ subscription. No problem since. On another note, I find it weird that NFL.com owns NFL+ and NFL Sunday Ticket and I got both through Verizon Plus Play. Not a single issue with Sunday Ticket. However, NFL+ was a nightmare. Out of the 14 weeks of the season, I’ve had two weeks of service and that was the first two. 12 weeks of no service, no customer service and just them ignoring me.
