So my husband used his business email to redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket (he missed the part about not doing so) I have tried calling to no avail to get something to help us, get it straight- he did get an email about canceling the subscription and repurchasing, but it was free when we signed up for Verizon.
Has anyone else had this issue and gotten it fixed, if so May I ask how?
