With so many reps on The board tripping over each other answering the same question 3 times with 3 different answers in many instances, how about opening up the email option again and re-assign some the  reps to handle questions there instead of here.

It would help remove the redundancy clutter here, and offer your paying customers an avenue that many like to use for questions

Let me add, this would eliminate the, "Follow me so I can follow you, or am I to follow you then:, Or the usual, Send me a DM and I will get back with you.

The process for an email can be set to REQUIRE, Name, cell number, account number and it would be sent INITIALLY and in private.
