I am so frustrated with Verizon Wireless. Our original get new equipment date was November 2013 and then they decided to change it to April 2014. I spoke to a rep on Monday and she said she would reset the end date to today. After the date did not reset, I called back today. Low and behold, they will not honor what the other rep said. "oops she misspoke, we can't reset your end date". Really? My kids phones are broken and Verizon is extremely uncooperative. They will give us a discount that would still leave us paying hundreds of dollars for new phones and if we do that we would have to sign another 2 year agreement! And it will cost us a couple of hundred dollars to end our contract. Did I mention I can't afford to throw hundreds of dollars around??? Any suggestions?
