I got my replacement phone today. I called customer service to get them to assist me. Well the customer representative Myra(I could be spelling her name wrong did not know what she was doing and noted that my phone was lost & she suspended my services. Before I knew my phone was suspended I was talking to tech guy Blaze he was the one that may me aware that my phone was suspended. I expressed my frustration to him and he kept saying he understand.... I asked for a supervisor he stated that it wasn't a supervisor in. I kept pushing for a supervisor. After holding for a long time the supervisor Chris # 8945 or 8995. It sound like he said 8995 but I asked again and he said his # was 8945. Well Chris was no help he said my phone will not be back on until 24 hours. He said that there was no way he could help me. I asked for his supervisor and he said his supervisor was not in the business today. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and there was no way they could solve the issue that was there mistake. Vzw has poor customer service. I know it was way for them to override the computer and fix the problem that Myra or Blaze cause. Chris did not do his best to satisfy this loyal vzw customer.
