I just got on this forum site to seek answers to questions regarding my DROID Maxx acting up.
As I perused around the questions, I wonder if anyone ever replies to these questions. It doesn't look to me to be very promising.
Does anybody out there know if someone from VERIZON Wireless monitors these questions or is it a good place to have free for all venting sessions of frustration?
This is primarily a customer-to-customer forum. VzW reps do respond to threads marked as questions, but a response isn't guaranteed and it sometimes may take a couple of days.
