I just wanted to say thank you to Geoffrey at the Verizon store in Murfreesboro, TN. I did not have a phone working for over a week because of a problem another Verizon employee caused. After talking to over 30 reps and 3 visits to the store along with many many other things Geoffrey was able to fix the problem without any problems. If you ask me he was the only one who seemed to listen. I think this guy should be your new manager in charge of all training for your CSR's.
