How Do I Change My Email Address?

I want to change my email address. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

If you're referring to the e-mail address on My Verizon ... Log into the desktop version of My Verizon, hover over My Profile at the top, then click My Profile & Settings.  Under Wireless Contact Information, click the blue Change E-Mail Address.  Enter the new address and click Submit.

If you're referring to the e-mail address here on the forum ... Log into the desktop version of the forum, at the top of the page click the drop-down to the right of your user name, click Edit Profile.  Click Profile Info., edit your e-mail address, then click Save at the bottom.  If your forum log-in is associated with your My Verizon log-in, this option won't be available and a forum administrator will need to make the change for you.

My forum account is associated with my My Verizon account so I can't change it. I changed my My Verizon account email address a while ago.

Please change it or me. Or tell me how to find someone who can.

You need to sign into the community forum and go to the Community Inbox to access the Direct Message from the Verizon Moderator  You can reply to the Direct Message with your email address.

Please don't post your personal information on this public discussion. The Direct Message is the private messaging system for the forum.
