-What kind of Device is it?
-What exactly are you seeing on your screen?
-Where there recent activities or changes that may have caused that screen to appear?
Trying first post and no information on how to go about it. The device is a PC. Just frustrated that there is no information on how to post information/questions. Apparently my post about how to contact verizon management to ask questions did go through three times, but no indication of same. It seems to be "normal" for verizon to ignore their customers, that must be why the locked-in contract is so important to them.
