Hello, all. I have single sign in, so when I sign in to My Verizon, I'm signed in to the Community. At some point I updated my email address in My Verizon, but the email address in my profile in the Community is still the old one. If I try to edit my profile in the Community, the email address is not editable. My real name is blank in the profile, even though it says it's required information, and that's not editable by me either. Anyone know how I can update my email in my Community profile? Maybe my name too? Thanks.
