How do I respond to a response from the forum?

You can check your inbox online via desktop or mobile page.  You will see a red circle with a number in it indicating your unread messages.  You can also reply via email, but the format is not as tidy or intuitive.

Actually to be specific, it is a red rectangle/square with numbers inside.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The unread count is a red rectangle on the mobile site and a red circle on the desktop version. An inconsistent design in my opinion just like the square avatar images on the desktop view and circle image that cut off the images on the mobile site.

Well, I guess both an oval or a circle...single-digit unread counts are a circle and double-digit counts are oval-ish.

Well I'll take it anyway I can get it.. as long as I can see it and make sense of what it is I wouldn't mind seeing the Forum leaders let us Determine the size of our Avatars like a small, medium, Large)  One thing I mentioned some time ago is the size of our space we have to use to send our DM's they need to be the same size as we have on the normal forum it makes it easier to Read and you have a choice of Bolder lettering or bigger lettering it may not bother some but my eyes have changed a reading some post or DM's at times can be Challenging I do sometimes use my zoom in feature on my Computer to help but that is my only mild Gripe..

Give us some size choices on our Avatars, Do a upgrade on the Direct Message section and some other things needed in a update and I'll will be happy about it don't do any changes I just say O well and go on.
