1. No Hyperlink for Live Chat
2. There is a blurb for sending Email which promises 24 hoyr response but no Hyperlink to initiate the email and No Email Address.
Contact us does provide a Surface Mail address and a phone number for Tech support.
If you have a lithium issue the Tech support folks refer youto Contact Us on the website.

Well young Lady it has been a couple of weeks since you promised a status report.
Did you fall down and hurt your self?
Nudge Nudge Thin Status Report Broken Lithium Platform "Contact Us" page has not Hyperlink for "Live Chat"
and no Email Address for the "Email Us" on that same page.
A responder in another thread provided a solution for the issue.
Click on "Contact Us"
There is an Email Blurb on the Left
Click and select the type of User and click the arrow
This opens another page
Again on the Left is a blurb about Email
At the Bottom of the Blurb is the Hyperlink to send an email.
Rumor has it that there is a hyperlink for loive chat at the right of the second blurb that is only visivle when Chat is live.

Here is the trick!
Click on Contact us
On Lower left is Send Email
In the Dropdown DO NOT SELECT RECEIVE BILL AT HOME
Select either of the other two opeions and the Email Enety screen opens up right where you would expect it.
If you make the mistake of selecting I receive my bill at home the sccreen that opens up and a hyperlin down at the bottom out of field of vision . If you click on that you finally get a Email Initialization screen.
